**المعاينة عند الاستلام**

نوفّر خدمة **المعاينة عند وصول مندوب الشحن**، حيث يمكنك فتح الطرد والتأكد من سلامة المنتج ومطابقته للطلب قبل استلامه.

**يرجى ملاحظة:**

* المعاينة مخصصة للتأكد من المنتج فقط، ولا تشمل تجربة أو استخدام المنتج.
* في حال عدم مطابقة المنتج للطلب أو وجود مشكلة واضحة، يمكنك رفض استلام الشحنة مباشرة.
* بمجرد استلام الطلب ومغادرة المندوب، يُعتبر المنتج مقبولًا بالحالة التي تم استلامه بها، ويتم تطبيق سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع الخاصة بالمتجر.

Inspection Upon Delivery

We offer an Inspection Upon Delivery service, allowing you to open the package and verify that the product is correct and in good condition before accepting your order.

Please Note:

• Inspection is limited to checking the product's condition and confirming it matches your order. It does not include trying on or using the product.

• If the item is incorrect or has a visible issue, you may refuse the shipment immediately.

• Once the order has been accepted and the courier has left, the product is considered received in satisfactory condition, and our Return & Exchange Policy will apply.
